WDW Premier Plus Homes With Spa
WDW Premier Plus Homes with Spa's have been handpicked from a selection of the finest executive products available, as they offer a little extra in the way of comfort and luxury. In addition to the standard features of an executive home, they also offer an upgraded furniture package. Homes are located in residential locations either in Kissimmee or on US 27, and are all within 20 minutes drive of Disney – subject to traffic conditions.
Please note that during cooler months, most Spa's require that the pool water be heated, in order to heat the spa.
WDW Premier Plus Homes also include a Welcome Food Pack and mid-stay clean.
Each home features
- Private screened pool with furniture
- 2 master bedrooms with King or Queen bed and en-suite bathroom, plus additional bedrooms (each sleeping up to 2 persons - additional bedrooms may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds) and a 3rd bathroom.
- Dining area with chairs (owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications so dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party)
- Fully equipped kitchen with conventional oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, iron & ironing board, crockery, cutlery & kitchen utensils, vacuum cleaner & fire extinguisher
- Remote control color TV & DVD/VCR in main living area an master bedroom, telephone (check tariff prior to using as standard rates do not apply – prepaid phone cards are a better option)
- Towels and linen are provided
- Homes do not usually have safes
- Other additional local charges will be made for cots & high chairs etc., which must be requested at time of booking. Guests must provide their own linen for cribs, which are usually of the pack 'n play variety.
All reservations of 5 nights or less will be subject to a clean fee, to be added at the time of booking and varies, depending on the size of home

*Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two (2) people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be located in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels.
*Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away beds and these must be requested at the time of booking. An additional charge is made and is payable locally.
Pool Heating Information
All homes feature a private swimming pool. These can be heated (not June - Sept) and pool heat can be added at the time
of booking.
