Located in some of the more recognized neighborhoods in the Disney area, our executive homes are superior to our standard homes with a better caliber of furniture and will have additional facilities to our standard homes.

Homes are located in residential locations either in Kissimmee or on US 27, and are all within 20 minutes drive of Disney – subject to traffic conditions.

Each home features

• Private screened pool with furniture
• 1 master bedroom with King or Queen bed and en-suite bathroom, plus additional bedrooms (each sleeping up to 2 persons - additional bedrooms may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds) and a 2nd bathroom.
• Dining area with chairs (owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications so dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party)
• Fully equipped kitchen with conventional oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, iron & ironing board, crockery, cutlery & kitchen utensils, vacuum cleaner & fire extinguisher
• Remote control color TV & DVD/VCR in main living area and master bedroom, telephone (check tariff prior to using as standard rates do not apply – prepaid phone cards are a better option)
• Towels and linen are provided
• Homes do not usually have safes
• Other additional local charges will be made for cots & high chairs etc., which must be requested at time of booking. Guests must provide their own linen for cribs, which are usually of the pack 'n play variety.

All reservations of 5 nights or less will be subject to a clean fee, to be added at the time of booking and varies, depending on the size of home

Pool Heating Information
All homes feature a private swimming pool. These can be heated (not June - Sept) and pool heat can be added at the time of booking.
Recommended Occupancy Levels

3 Bedroom Home: Maximum 06 people

4 Bedroom Home: Maximum 08 people

5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 people

6 Bedroom Home: Maximum 12 people

*Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two (2) people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be located in the main living area.  For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels.

*Not all homes feature sleeper sofa or roll away beds and these must be requested at the time of booking. An additional charge is made and is payable locally.
