Disney Area Standard Homes |
| This category reflects the lowest prices as you will only know the exact location of your home on arrival in resort. This will usually entail driving to an office and collectiong directions to the home. However we offer you our lowest prices in return for being able to place the booking in our choice of location, to maximize the occupancy of the homes. We accept no requests of any kind on this type of reservation. All we state is that you will be maximum 25 minutes drive from Disney World. These homes are the same standard grade 3, 4, 5 and 6 bedroom homes featured in the rest of the programme with private pool, well-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with TV.

Disney Area Executive Homes |
| This category of accommodation offers a range of Executive homes available at lower prices as the exact location is confirmed on arrival in resort (all max 25 mins drive from Disney).
The homes all qualify as executive as they will have two of the following features:
* Upgraded Furniture Pack
* Gated Community
* At least 2 TV's
* Second lounge / family room
* Pool area not overlooked
* Extra bathroom
* Larger floorplans
They are located on the same developments as the standard Disney Area homes but offer a higher standard of accommodation for families looking for an upgraded accommodation without paying for individual homes.

Disney Area Exec Spa/Games Room Homes |
| This grade of home offers higher standards in accommodation and will be allocated on arrival a maximum 25 minutes drive from Disney. Home entertainment or relaxation is a major factor for some families so this category offers the choice of a games room or a spa as part of the accommodation.
Games room homes offer at least two of the following:
* Darts board
* Pool table
* Foosball Table
* Air Hockey
* Extra TV with Playstation
* Table Tennis
If you want to ensure the home has a spa or games room but are happy to leave the choice of location to us, you can enjoy considerable savings by choosing this category. |

Disney Area Named Development Homes |
| This category offers the advantage of knowing the location of the property before you travel but NOT the specific details of the home, which can be achieved by booking one of our 'Featured Homes'.
The 'Named Development' homes offer the benefit of selecting the area depending on preference. We feature numerous developments along the Hwy 27 and Hwy 192.
Hwy 27 tends to be the location of the more recently built developments whereas the central location of Hwy 192 offers developments with a wider choice of shops and restaurants in close proximity to the homes.
For golfers seeking golf on the doorstep, we offer Highlands Reserve or Southern Dunes. |

| Bradenton homes features a selection of homes in the Bradenton area just north of Sarasota. Most homes are located around 15 to 25 minutes from the Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island or Longboat Key. This area has a wide choice of golf courses, shopping malls such as Ellenton Prime Outlet and the De Soto Mall.
Tampa and Busch Gardens are around 1 hour drive away. There are many local attractions in Sarasota such as The Ringling Museum, Selby Gardens, St Armand's Circle and the Van Wesel Theatre.
The local beaches of Anna Maria, Siesta Key and Longboat Key offer a great choice of casual and fine dining opportunities and many water sports for the more active! |
