Lemonia - A colorful and airy Tuscan-style restaurant with big picture windows overlooking the
ninth hole. Guests can dine alfresco on the stone-and-tile terrace. There are breakfast and lunch buffets, as well as a dinner
menu featuring seasonal selections. Nightly entertainment with piano music or classical guitar.
The Bella Vista

Bar - Reminiscent of a quaint Scottish gentlemen's pub and located adjacent to the Billiard Room, this bar

The Poolside
Grill - For a light lunch or something frosty, the grill offers classic burgers and club sandwiches, crisp calamari,
grilled Florida grouper, fruit smoothies (spiked or not), and creative tropical drinks. Open mid-morning until late afternoon.
e(X)presso - This Italian coffee bar serves espresso drinks, teas, and pastries for those on the
run.
The resort's Tiburón Golf Club features two 18-hole courses, the Black and the Gold, with a total of 800 acres. Greg Norman designed the course to play like a British Open links course—firm and fast. It features half-inch fairway heights, stacked sod bunkers, coquina shell waste areas, and a complete absence of rough. The fairways are lined with pine straw and enhanced by native plant life and sparkling lakes. The 43,000-square-foot, Mediterranean-style clubhouse has a pro shop with golf and resort apparel for men and women, locker facilities, and a workout room. The Rick Smith Golf Academy offers personalized instruction and private video rooms.
The fitness center has cardio and strength-training equipment, free weights, exercise balls, and a sunny seating area with juice and fresh fruit. Just off the fitness center are massage and body-treatment rooms. The locker rooms have marble floors, mahogany lockers, large showers with personal amenities, and steam and sauna rooms.
There are four lighted Har-Tru sand tennis courts with equipment rental. The outdoor lap and splash pool is surrounded by a terrace with chaise lounges and a spa tub. One end of the pool is nine inches deep to accommodate children. A poolside grill serves snacks and cold drinks.
The Ritz Kids program provides supervised activities for children age 5 to 12, and a comprehensive day camp is offered mid-morning until mid-afternoon (surcharge).
The resort's English-style billiards and game rooms offer a comfortable place to play cards by a roaring fire, or play a game of billiards on one of two handmade tables.
