An outdoor courtyard houses the original 1940 12 ' pool and diving board although Diving is no longer allowed by law on south beach. Two spa tubs, and the rooftop new fitness center offers a dry sauna, cardio Machines, and new gym equipment, and TV. On the Beach you can rent jet skis, wave runners, and parasails are available for rental.
Within two miles of the hotel, the Miami Beach Golf Club has an 18-hole course designed by Arthur Hills, a driving range, and a pro shop.
The hotel has 7 ,500 square feet of meeting space, including a ballroom for 390 guests, with event catering and audiovisual equipment available.

The Lounge - Located in mid lobby the 50's - 60's Deco Lounge has live DJ's every Friday and Saturday night, and ipods playing a variety of lounge and funky retro. A great spot for cocktails, birthday parties, pre club parties LCD TV and state of the art sound and bar menu available
SHINE - Special event club opens once a month to the public and also is available for Private events, receptions.
Studio - South Beaches only karaoke bar with entrance from the street is open from late evening until early morning.
