Agua, a spa located on the hotel's rooftop overlooking the ocean, is modeled on an ancient bath house. It offers an extensive menu of treatments and services, including massages and facials, aromatherapy, meditation, manicures and pedicures, and more. The full-service fitness center has circuit machines, free weights, cardiovascular equipment, and classes, including aqua fitness, kickboxing, and yoga.

The Blue Door Restaurant and Brasserie - Dinner at the popular Blue Door restaurant requires reservations at least 2 weeks in advance. The Blue Door serves Florida-inspired French cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Brasserie is adjacent to the Blue Door and offers more casual fare in a comfortable environment.

The Blue Door Terrace - This outdoor dining spot just off the Blue Door Restaurant serves three meals a day and offers views of the hotel's garden and pool area.

The Blue Sea - Located in the hotel lobby, the Blue Sea is a small dining venue with one long communal table. The Blue Sea serves a traditional breakfast and a light lunch. In the evening the restaurant is an Asian sea bar, offering Asian fusion cuisine, a caviar and oyster bar, and an extensive sushi menu.

The Rose Bar - Named for its rose-colored walls, the Rose Bar is a cocktail lounge just off the lobby.
