Bok Tower Gardens, on top of Iron Mountain, features a majestic 205-foot carillon tower offering daily recitals; beautifully landscaped gardens with azaleas, camellias, and magnolias. Depot Museum and Spook Hill are intriguing. During the Lenten season, mid-February through mid-April, Lake Wales is the scene of the "Black Hills Passion Play" in an outdoor amphitheater. In summer, the same play is presented in Spearfish, South Dakota.
