We are on the Pinellas Peninsula between the Gulf of Mexico on the west and Tampa Bay on the east. Our geographic latitude is 27.57 N and longitude 82.48 W. Clearwater Beach is actually an island measuring several miles long but only four city blocks wide. No matter where you are on the island - you are near the beach! With miles and miles of white sand beaches, great restaurants, and plenty of gift shops and night life - Clearwater Beach is pretty close to paradise. Beach facilities include, concessions, restrooms, beach showers, cabanas and umbrellas for rent. Lifeguards on duty daily from 9:30am to 4:30pm. Three lofts are available for parking at the rate of $1 per hour. Metered parking along S. Gulf View Blvd. $.25 per 20 minutes. The beach is served by the Jolley Trolley. Beach volleyball nets are open to the public at no additional charge. Parasailing, jet skis, and sailboat rentals available-north of Pier 60.
