Linens - all bedroom and bathroom linens are provided, but please do bring your own pool and beach towels
Utilities - are included in the cost of your rental
Pool heat - (Recommended between October and April ) is available at an additional charge.Please check prices for each location. Pool tempertrures cannot be guaranteed.
Pool & Lawn service - is scheduled on a regular basis
Pest Control - every property is on a service plan.
Air conditioning - all properties are air conditioned. Please do not leave any exterior doors or windows open as this may damage the system and you will be held liable.
Maid Service - There is no daily housekeeping. The final clean will be scheduled after check out. Mid stay cleans may be available at an additional charge
How do I make a reservation -
a.Simply email us confirmation you wish to make a reservation. We will then send you our contract and terms and conditions showing the deposit due and detasil of the reservation.
b Once the deposit has been taken and contract returned we will then send you a confirmation of the booking
c Once you have paid your final balance ( minimum 1 month prior ) we will email you full details and directions to the home or the local office
Key collection - will either be from the local office or using a lock box at the property. We will supply you full details of the office, or the code for the lock box in which you will find the key.
Damage & breakages - guests are liable for any breakages or damage during their stay. Any such incident must be reported immediately so that we can inspect, investigate, and agree the correct course of action.Any damage will be charged to the party responsible.
Pets - are allowed in a limited number of properties. There will be a fee per animal and you must declare the full details of such animlas before approval is given.
